  • Open Access Journals

Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.RU provides trial access to annotations and bibliographic descriptions of over 14 million articles.  A subscription/registration of users is not required for getting access to annotations (except only for abstract journals, where annotations are in fact a licensed material).  Moreover, full texts of more than 1800 Russian academic journals can be accessed through a free trial. Registration is required for getting access to full texts of journals.

  • Book Collection

Scientific Electronic Library hosts books (monographs, reference books, dictionaries, textbooks and manuals, collections of articles), conference proceedings, theses and dissertation abstracts. All titles from Book Collection are included into Russian Science Citation Index.

  • Subscription to Russian Academic Journals

Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.RU represents the largest in Russia full text database of academic journals from leading Russian academic, university, branch and commercial publishers.  Currently access to the full texts of more than 1100 titles at eLIBRARY is provided upon subscription.

  • Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI)

Russian Science Citation Index is the project of the Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.RU and Thomson Reuters for integration Russian journals to Web of Science, the leading world search platform for natural, social sciences and humanities.

652 prominent journals for inclusion in RSCI were selected by the specially created working group of scientists directed by Anatoliy Grigoriev, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Chairman of the Russian Academy of Sciences publishing council. As the majority of articles in RSCI are in Russian, each material is accompanied with a brief annotation and a list of key words in English. On request WoS users can order an article translation or use the standard services.

Russian Science Citation Index is available for registered users of WoS alongside with the other national science citation index databases: KCI Korean Journal Database , SciELO Citation Index as of 2014 and Chinese Science Citation Database as of 2008.
